Before you go outside in the summer, make sure you're wearing a sunblock with an SPF value of at least 30, and apply often. Wide-brim hats, for women & men are an ideal source of personal shade when none is around, plus they cut down on glare to the eyes. And with "fit-overs" you can read outdoors with sunglasses that cover your reading glasses.
